New York Power Authority, in partnership with General Electric, commissioned Scully Construction to create New York State’s first Integrated Smart Operations Center (iSOC). This state of the art facility will allow NYPA to monitor and diagnose the health of its 16 statewide power plants and over 1400 miles of transmission lines.

The Center, located at NYPA’s headquarters in White Plains, encompasses 27,000 square feet of office space, highlighted by the state of the art iSOC and featuring an 8 feet high by 82 feet long video wall. The Scully team worked closely with Gensler/Jacobs/AECOM to implement the NYPA/GE vision for this first of its kind installation.
