The project scope of work included the construction of a new, 25, 000 square foot regional history center and executive offices for Historic Hudson Valley. In addition to extensive site work and rock excavation, our scope included footings and foundations, brick and block exterior walls, concrete plank floor system, installation of geothermal wells to supply the HVAC systems, construction of a climate controlled archive, and extensive exterior and interior high end finishes.
