The scope of work for this 20,000 square foot tenant alteration for Pure, a specialty insurance company focusing on the high net worth insurance market, included a combination of executive and staff offices, an executive board room, and a multi-purpose lounge and cafeteria space.

We also completed their expansion space on the floor below with an interconnecting stair case between the floors.
