Scully Construction was recommended by the Architect and engaged by The Indy Lab and the building owner to build-out a unique child development space in a traditional office and medical building. In addition to creating classrooms for children, the bathrooms and other interior spaces are designed for children. We also conducted exterior work to create an outdoor play space from a section of the parking lot and new sidewalks to ensure the safety of children and parents during busy drop-offs and pick-ups.
Scully Construction’s prior experience with similar projects (Kiddie Academy and YMCA Childcare) was a plus for The Indy Lab project and enabled us to deliver the project on-time and on-budget. The Indy Lab opened recently for the 2026 school year!
