Major renovation of 1930s school building to accommodate YMCA of Central Northern Westchester’s modern childcare facility. Upgraded all existing systems and added AC, data, security, and sprinkler systems. Made ADA compliant with exterior walkway and lift. All work conducted on-time and on-budget.
