First Republic Bank, headquartered in San Francisco, CA, continues to expand its retail banking and Private Wealth Management businesses in the Westchester County, NY market with new offices in Scarsdale, NY. The Private Wealth Management practice is located at 2 Overhill Road, across the street from its retail brank branch which opened in 2022.
Scully Construction was selected as the Construction Manager for the new PVM office space. Working with the FRB Facilities team located in NYC, Thomas J. Mesuk Architect, LLC, and WB Engineers, the Scully team completely demolished the existing space to make way for the unique FRB experience which included specific finishes befitting the FRB brand. FRB was subsequently acquired by JPMorgan who has retained the FRB branding and facilities to date.
